Labor Day At The Lake

We spent Labor Day Weekend at the lake house with our good friends Eric, Kelly and Rachel. The kids had a blast riding in the boat and playing in the lake. We could not have asked for a better weekend and company!

Growing Up

Corinne and Reid celebrated their 8 month B-day two weeks ago 7/25. They are growing up so fast! Corinne can officially crawl across a room in a mater of seconds and Reid has just started to push forward.

We have had a very hectic last few weeks with the move. We are still unpacking boxes and will have one more big move once we sell our other house. This has not been an easy process with two little munchkins needing so much attention. However, we did get to take them for a swim in our pool this last weekend. Surprisingly, Reid loved the pool and completely covered himself in water by splashing his hands. Scout performed lifeguard duties and swam circles around each of us until we got out of the water:)

Dinner Play Date

We enjoyed a wonderful outing out at David and Crystal's yesterday. Crystal really outdid herself by making homemade enchiladas and margaritas! Corinne and Reid also got to spend some time with their best friends Rachel and Annette. And yes, Reid was even the King of the roost.

July 4th

Corinne and Reid celebrated their first July 4th in style at the lake house and even got a special visit from their great grandmother Merc. They had several firsts over the weekend including their first boat ride in the new boat and a trip to the lake beach to play in the sand. Although, Reid fell asleep on the golf cart ride to the beach and only spent about 2 minutes in the sand. We all had a blast!

Nana and Pops Visit

Nana and Pops made a surprise visit Wednesday night! It just so happened that Reid got his first tooth and Corinne has started to dance all in the same week. Corinne has learned to hit the piano button on the kids play station and then starts immediately rocking back and forth until the music stops. It also happens that Reid is mastering his flirting skills - Look out girls!
